(We are not open weekends and most holidays, we need a break too…. If you have questions about business hours please call the main office at 860-723-6000)
Please arrive 15 mins prior to office closing time to allow for paperwork and winner verification.
On-air winners will be notified by our promotions department if prizes are in (if they were not in at the time they were won). If you have questions about prizes please email here and someone from the station will get back to you:
If you were a ticket winner….we’re sorry but typically we do not know where your seats are. Think of it as one of the last great surprises in the world!
Online winners will be notified via email with instructions on how to claim their prize.
**if you won via one of our Rewards programs please print receipt and bring with you when you come to pick up your prize**
ALL PRIZES MUST BE PICKED UP AT OUR STATIONS! NO EXCEPTIONS.
You have 30 days to claim your prize.

You must bring a valid photo I.D. with you when you claim your prize.
**if under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must accompany you to pick up your prize**
Someone else may pick up your prize for you only if they have the following with them at the time of pick up:
1. a copy of your license
2. a note from you stating that you are sending the person in your place.

Take I-84E to I-91S
Take I-91S to "Capitol Area" Exit 29A.
Take the 1st exit, "Columbus Blvd." for the Convention Center.
Take the 1st left over the bridge.
Go through 1 light.
We're the 2nd building on the left. BIG GREY BUILDING.
FROM I-84 WEST (points east of Hartford)
Take I-84W to the "Downtown Hartford" exit.
Follow over the CT River. (Founders Bridge)
Turn LEFT at the stop light. (Channel 3 will be in front of you)
Go straight through 4 stop lights.
We're the 2nd building on the left. BIG GREY BUILDING.
FROM I-91 SOUTH (points north of Hartford)
Take I-91S to "Capitol Area" Exit 29A.
Take the 1st exit -- "Columbus Blvd." for the Convention Center.
Take the 1st left over the bridge.
Go through 1 light.

FROM I-91 NORTH (points south of Hartford)
Take I-91N to "Capitol Area" Exit 29A (left exit).
Take the 1st exit -- "Columbus Blvd." for the Convention Center.
Take the 1st left over the bridge.

FROM Rt. 9 NORTH (Middletown and points southeast of Hartford)
Use exit 20N for 91N, then follow 91 North directions.
FROM Rt. 2 WEST (Glastonbury and points east)
Get off exit 5D for Rt 3 follow RT 3 south to I-91N (right hand exit) follow directions from 91N
